We want you to love your ALDO purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original packaging with the receipt or packing slip included.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original shoe box or packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.
Attach Shipping Label
Securely seal your package and affix the pre-paid shipping label provided during the online initiation process to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
